Brian Felix, Founder & CEO. Brian has been passionately involved in youth development for over 25 years. As Founder and CEO, he provides the vision and leadership that guide Hillwood Golf Academy’s mission. His responsibilities include overall executive and administrative leadership, strategic partnerships, coaching, and player development. Brian’s heart for young people and commitment to excellence continue to shape the culture and direction of the Academy.

Carol Felix, Education Specialist. Carol brings over 40 years of experience in education, supported by a Master’s degree in Education from the University of the Western Cape. She plays a key role in supporting the academic growth of our youth, providing tutoring guidance and ensuring that educational performance remains a priority alongside sporting development. Her experience and wisdom strengthen the Academy’s commitment to holistic growth.

Kurt Stripp, Director. Kurt is a professional golf coach dedicated to developing technical excellence and competitive confidence in every player. Working closely with Brian, he contributes to structured coaching programmes and long-term player development. His expertise helps ensure that Hillwood athletes receive high-quality instruction while also growing in discipline and resilience.

Kevin Moolman, Director. Kevin is an experienced educator who has spent more than 30 years investing in young people. At Hillwood Golf Academy, he oversees enrolment and provides academic support, helping ensure that students are equipped both in the classroom and on the course. His steady leadership reinforces the Academy’s belief that education and sport go hand in hand.

Chezre Fredericks, Director. Chezre holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and brings a strong foundation in strategy and governance to the board. As a technology entrepreneur, he has built and led ventures in the SME space and agricultural industry, focusing on operational systems that leverage technology to create measurable value. His focus at Hillwood Golf Academy, is on strengthening it's operational structure, digital presence, and long-term sustainability.
